Alexandra and Sophie started Peakspan from lived experience, not theory: two high-driven women shaped by pressure who learned the hard way that you can command a body to endure, but you can't force a nervous system to sustain.
The first 10 episodes are already on tape: that story, and the guests who've lived it too (founders, neuroscientists, athletes, thinkers operating at the edge of human capacity). What's missing is reach: the organic growth engine that turns strong episodes into a real audience, and a real audience into a real business.
That's this role. Not a content calendar. A growth function, built from nothing, by someone who's done it before and wants to do it again, this time with equity in the outcome.
Goal of the role
Stage 1 · Now
You own the channels. Growing an audience from scratch, no paid budget to hide behind. Clips, hooks, format, community, the full organic playbook, run like a startup growth function.
Stage 2 · Next
Turning attention into ad inventory. You'll shape how Peakspan gets positioned, priced, and pitched to sponsors who want access to this specific audience.
Stage 3 · The goal
Helping position Peakspan as the produced, credible name in mental health, wellbeing & longevity media, with the production value and distribution to match the ambition.
Our vibe
We're not here to sell another optimization stack. We share critical perspectives on the optimization world: the things that usually get forgotten, the opinions that rarely make it into the highlight reel, the point where optimization stops helping and starts costing you something. Sleep, relationships, sanity, belonging.
Part of what we do is awareness work. Stress isn't just cortisol to biohack away. Sometimes it's the price of a life that actually matters. We built this show because we lived both sides of that line, and we only want to work with someone who can hold that complexity instead of flattening it into a hot take.

Who you are
Organic growth marketing experience: YouTube and Instagram are your home turf.
Content creator or startup background: you've built an audience, or a company, or both, and know what zero-to-something actually takes.
Entrepreneurially driven: motivated by ownership and outcome, not by a job description and a fixed salary.
Genuinely into longevity and personal growth: as a practice, not an aesthetic.
Fluent in English: this is an English-language show, built for an international audience.
Comfortable with different perspectives: able to hold opposing viewpoints without judgement.

Profit share on what you help build, tied directly to the audience and ad revenue you grow, not a flat fee for hours logged.
Later
The option to become a fully vested third partner as Peakspan grows. Not guaranteed on day one, but genuinely on the table, not a line to make the posting sound good.
