About Peakspan

Why we started Peakspan

Longevity is a mind game. So why do we only treat the body?

The missing layers

We know how to train the body. We track it, supplement it and optimize it to perform for longer. But burnout, cognitive fatigue and the slow loss of aliveness rarely start in the body. They start in the mind, and in a nervous system that has been under pressure for too long.

The longevity debate is dominated by biomarkers, supplements and protocols, and by a constant pressure to optimize. Tracking and controlling everything can create the very fragility it is trying to prevent. What the debate often leaves out are the layers that decide whether a long life is also a good one:

Peakspan takes a holistic view: body, mind, nervous system, relationships and meaning, seen together. That is the conversation we want to have, and the one we think the longevity world is missing.

Peakspan is the window of time in which you operate at your best. We want to make it longer.

What Peakspan is

Peakspan is an English-language podcast that treats psychology as a biological asset. Every two weeks we sit down with neuroscientists, physicians, psychologists, founders and world-class performers to understand how stress, emotions and mental capacity affect health, performance and longevity, and what you can actually do about it.

Who it is for

Peakspan is for founders, leaders, thinkers and builders who do not want to trade their health for success. For people who are high-performing on the outside and want to stay that way for decades, without burning out on the inside.

Why it is personal

Peakspan was born from lived experience. We are two high-driven women shaped by pressure, and we both learned the same lesson the hard way: you can command the body to endure, but you cannot force it to sustain. Without a regulated nervous system, longevity is an empty win. This podcast is our way of making that invisible layer visible.

Started at McKinsey, then built a startup. After the loss of a close family member, her mind collapsed while her body kept going. Recovery did not begin with optimization, but with understanding the nervous system and emotional overload.
